About the Role:
- Electrical Systems Installation & Commissioning – Oversee installation of power distribution, switchgear, control panels, and motors.
- Power & Utility Management – Manage HT/LT power distribution, backup systems (DG sets, UPS), and energy optimization.
- Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to IS, IEC, NEC, HACCP, FSSAI, and GMP electrical standards.
- Contractor & Vendor Management – Supervise electrical contractors, review BOQs, tenders, and procurement.
- Project Coordination & Reporting – Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and automation teams, resolve issues, and track progress
- Ensure the contract between client and Cushman & Wakefield is implemented.
About You:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 15 Years & above of relevant experience in industrial electrical systems, power distribution, and automation in food & beverage, FMCG
- Should have completed at least 1-2 FMCG / Beverage construction projects end to end during the tenure
- Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred
- Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
