Your responsibilities
Partnering:
- Become a trusted Advisor for the Factory and its Leadership Team
- Member of the Factory LT
- Lead the Factory people agenda in alignment with the Iberia and Global guidelines
- Build short and long-term people strategy for the Factory
Training & Development:
- Detect development needs with Managers on an annual & quarterly basis to design the Annual Training Plan
- Ensure that training needs defined on the I.S.O. requirements are meet and that everyone has attended mandatory trainings monthly basis
- Contact providers to find best options in terms of quality and costs to deliver training solutions to the Factory quarterly basis
- Follow up of the Annual Plan for its correct progress one day per month
Succession Planning:
- Have meetings with managers to detect future gaps and back ups for their departments on the short and mid term, finding the best solution to create a bench of talent ready to be part of the team twice per year
Internal Communication and Engagement:
- Prepare all internal communication in the factory regarding hiring, promotions, new polices and projects
- Deploy wellbeing, DEI and engagement Global and Regional initiatives and build ad-hoc plans
Legal and compliance:
- Ensure that all practices and contracts with Reckitt employees and/or agencies are in line with local legislation and within Reckitt agreements with Unions and EHS policies.
- Negotiate with Unions Local Agreement to deliver better production solutions with less cost and complexity; this includes the “Pacto de Empresa” and other minor agreements regarding labour conditions.
- Attend monthly meetings with Unions to handle their requests in terms of work conditions and legal issues monthly basis
- Lead and manage internal and external audits that relate to the HR area
Risks & Safety:
- Attend quarterly meetings within the “Comité de Seguridad y Salud” to handle workers demands in terms of safety issues Quarterly basis
Personal Costs:
- Prepare annual Plan regarding Personal Costs within the factory
- Follow up of monthly deviations with Controlling
- Prepare quarterly forecasting for Personal Costs
Recruitment:
- Manage recruitment needs and processes
KPIs:
- Prepare monthly KPIs regarding people figures for the factory one day per month
HRIS:
- Update Factory people information on the System (nowadays MyRB) to ensure that database is accurate monthly basis
Compensation & Benefits:
- Prepare annual recommendation, planning and actions on salary review jointly with HR Analytics Manager
- Prepare offers for new hiring, promotions and minor adjustments
The experience we're looking for
- Degree, preferably in Labour Law or similar
- High English level required
- 5 years experience as HRBP, preferable in Supply
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
- Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
- Ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team member
- Committed person, dynamic, organized, flexible, proactive and multitasking
