As a Housekeeping Public Areas Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a clean, welcoming, and polished environment in the hotel’s public spaces. From the lobby to the corridors and restrooms, your dedication to cleanliness and detail ensures that every guest’s first impression is a lasting one. Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all assigned public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and other common spaces, ensuring they meet the highest cleanliness standards.

• Replenish supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, and other amenities in public restrooms.

• Keep all floors, windows, and surfaces clean and polished throughout the day.

• Monitor cleanliness and promptly address spills, trash, or maintenance issues in public spaces to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and colleagues.

• Support the housekeeping team with additional tasks during high-occupancy periods or as needed.

• Report any safety hazards, maintenance needs, or lost and found items to the appropriate department.

• Follow safety and sanitation procedures, respecting guest privacy and adhering to hotel protocols at all times.
