Job Category 

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Marketing Operations team for Credit Cards and Banking. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless coordination of billing, payment tracking, revenue and commission accrual reporting, accounting support, and data entry for monthly billing and revenue processes. 

Responsibilities 

  • Track, prepare, and submit all internal invoices for both Credit Card and Banking Clients.  
  • Track and file all payments received from Credit Card and Banking Clients. This would include internally communicating with our Sales Operations Team on payments received in real time, and providing payment support details as requested.  
  • Prepare monthly revenue accrual reports prior to the start of cycle deadlines. This would include calculating commission tiers, referral fees, and other off-platform revenue events.  
  • Support the final adjustment period and commission payments by providing updated reports to Marketing Operations and the respective vertical General Managers.  
  • Support the Marketing Operations team with billing or reporting requests as needed. 

Requirements:  

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, accounting, and/or billing. It is a bonus to have experience with true up and true down revenue reporting. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to catch errors within revenue data is critical. 
  • Proficiency in excel as it pertains to reporting and the ability to analyze revenue data. 
  • Effective communicator—able to document processes clearly and explain recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Inquisitive and proactive—you don’t wait for direction; you look for the “why” and bring solutions 
  • Strong organizational habits and ability to context switch between quick-turn tasks and longer-term projects 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment—you’re resilient, flexible, and quick to adapt when priorities shift or projects ev
