As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of automotive clients (dealerships, independent stands, groups), ensuring close relationships, a focus on results, and sustained performance on the Standvirtual platform.
We’re looking for someone who goes beyond selling solutions — someone who deeply understands the automotive market and our partners’ challenges, helping them optimise their performance based on data and velocity metrics.
What will be your responsibilities when working with us?
Manage a portfolio of clients with regular in-person visits;
Promote Standvirtual solutions and ensure client activation and retention;
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as Cost-to-Market, Price-to-Market, and Market Days Supply;
Advise clients based on data, supporting adjustments to stock, pricing, and publishing strategies;
Identify upsell opportunities and performance improvement areas;
Be the voice of the client internally, bringing relevant feedback to product, marketing, and support teams.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
Previous experience in field sales (ideally B2B);
Knowledge of the automotive sector (dealerships, used cars, pricing, stock turnover);
Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards and performance indicators;
Autonomous, results-driven profile with excellent interpersonal skills;
Availability for regular travel within the assigned area.
