Job Description:
  • Manage and coach the Application Managers and Business Analysts team, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, mentoring career development, and ensuring effective resource allocation;
  • Define and maintain standardized processes and best practices for application lifecycle management, requirements engineering, and change management;
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Platform Managers to prioritize backlogs and ensure alignment between business needs and IT deliverables;
  • Oversee solution design, implementation, testing, and rollout of new features or enhancements, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to regulatory standards;
  • Monitor incident resolution and service-level agreement (SLA) performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Act as the primary escalation point for any issues involving Application Managers or Business Analysts, coordinating timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent;
  • 8+ years of experience in IT application management or business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;
  • Proven track record within private banking or financial services, with strong knowledge of core banking systems;
  • Leadership and people-management abilities, with a coach-like approach;
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives; 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Fluent French & English;
