The Global Communications team, which sits within the integrated marketing department, is a visible and crucial communications role. We're looking for our new Creator Relations Associate Manager, France, for the Action/Adventure team.Reporting to the Creator Relations Lead, you will collaborate with teams around the business. You will ensure that our communication strategies are working with Content Creators and on different local social media channels. You will use deep game expertise with creator relationships and a great understanding of the social media space, to deepen overall player engagement and sentiment for EA franchises in your markets. You will also be an important partner of the Brand Marketing Regional Leads and contributor to the integrated go-to-market plans in France.This is a hybrid, in-office role based in our Lyon office. Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop local creator strategy for Action/Adventure franchises in France. Make sure the local strategy reflects and complement the Global strategy. Establish professional working relationships with creators in person, online, and through owned social and community platforms and ensuring work follows company and federal guidelines.Identify Community insight (or gaps) to contribute to the audience lens and share local feedback of our in-country audience(s). Help with communications around game and live service issues: Gameplay Challenges, Outages, Support Issues. Provide insight into hot topics within the community and press to help develop messaging. Organize and oversee local activations building content briefs and managing creator invites, contract requests and payments.Manage and plan the Creator budget in partnership with Brand Marketing Regional Leads & International Comms Leads.Ensure all Electronic Arts standards, policies, and processes are observed and followed.Coordinate and share with other EA Creator Managers your engagement best practices, standards, and innovations highlighting your personal successes and insightsQualifications Technical skills Experience in Creator Management in France with existing local creator relationships Experience with digital and creator marketing and appropriate metrics of successMeasure Creator efforts with social listening/analytic tools to provide data-informed actions. Experience with and scope of knowledge of video and livestream platforms such as Instagram, Snap, TikTok, X, Twitch, YouTube and other new social platforms. Experience interpreting customer/community feedback to make relevant recommendations.Soft skills Planning, organizational, and task/project management abilities.Written and verbal communication skills in English, able to present plans and concepts in English.Familiar with collaborating in a global environment.Other qualifications Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Communications or Marketing, but not essential.#Li-hybridPlease apply with a cover letter and CV in English.
