The role:
In this role, you will act as a strategic enabler of business success by aligning People & Culture initiatives with organizational goals. You will support leaders in creating an environment where people thrive, contribute meaningfully, and drive performance. By combining deep HR expertise with a strong business mindset, you will play a key role in shaping a future-oriented, inclusive, and high-performing company culture.
Your tasks:
As part of the People & Culture team, you help foster a strong company culture, high engagement, and high performance across the entire organization.
You act as a proactive and trusted sparring partner for management and leadership in a defined business area on all strategic and operational People & Culture topics.
As an expert in labor law, you provide ongoing advice to management, leaders, and employees.
You promote our innovative and agile corporate culture by using modern methods.
You are responsible for driving selected People initiatives with the goal of continuously improving People & Culture processes within the company.
What you offer us:
You are an experienced P&C Consultant / HR Business Partner with at least 5 years of experience.
Solid expertise in personnel management, labor law, organizational development, change management, leadership development, and people analytics.
You're passionate about current best practices in HR, have a knack for data, and stay up to date with the latest trends.
Flexibility, pragmatism, and a quick grasp of complex topics are among your strengths.
You think strategically and combine this with strong execution skills.
You’re a team player and aren’t afraid to support hands-on with administrative tasks.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and see yourself as a peer-level advisor to various stakeholders within and outside the organization.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
