Salary: $11 479/ course (including vacation pay).

The Department of Jewish Studies is inviting applications to teach a course in winter 2025. Please complete the online application form and upload required documents. JWST 384 – Yiddish: Intermediate 1

Intermediate study of standard Yiddish with emphasis on reading, composition and conversation. Knowledge of Yiddish culture will also be expanded.

January 5 – April 14, 2026: Tuesday & Thursday (2:35 – 3:55 pm)

Teaching Qualification Requirements:
Education: MA in Yiddish

Experience: Extensive experience teaching Yiddish at the university level.

This course will be taught by one instructor in-person.
