Project Manager - Premium Operations – Ryder Cup 2027
Based at Wentworth HQ with international travel | 2-Year Fixed Term Contract
A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to deliver world-class hospitality at one of the world’s most iconic sporting events.
Ryder Cup Europe are seeking a highly organised, detail orientated Premium Operations Project Manager to oversee and deliver world class hospitality operations for the 2027 Ryder Cup at Adare Manor, Ireland.
This is more than a job – it’s your chance to be part of sporting history. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the hospitality experience for global sponsors, VIPs, and corporate clients at one of the most prestigious events in world sport.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the driving force behind our premium hospitality operations, you’ll:
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of hospitality programmes, from private suites to large-scale catering operations.
Manage a network of suppliers, caterers, and delivery partners to ensure every detail meets world-class standards.
Oversee technical planning, infrastructure, fit-out, and on-site execution – ensuring seamless delivery across all hospitality venues.
Act as the key liaison for internal teams, sponsors, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and excellence at every stage.
Build and lead a high-performing team of hospitality managers during the event.
Own the budget, reporting, and post-event review process to drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience managing premium hospitality at major sporting or large- scale events.
Proven ability to lead complex projects under pressure, with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong commercial acumen – confident in procurement, contract negotiation, and budget control.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
Flexibility to travel internationally and commit to extended on-site periods in the lead-up to the event.
An understanding of golf and its stakeholders is a bonus – but not essential.

There will be a requirement to work up to 3 days a week in the office (Wentworth HQ)
Be prepared to travel internationally for weeks at a time during planning stages
Be prepared to be on site for up to 6 weeks in the lead up to the event
You would need to have the ability to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours during periods of the planning stages and event week

1st stage interviews will be held W/C 25th August with follow up stages likely W/C 8th or 15th September (Approx)
