What to expect

As Resilience Director, you will lead the charge in shaping and delivering a robust resilience strategy across the Post Office. You will oversee governance, risk management, incident response, whistleblowing, and statutory compliance (FOI/DSAR), all while championing a Postmaster-first culture and driving continuous improvement.

You will head a unified resilience function, equipping teams with the tools, data, and capabilities to deliver high-quality, compliant services. Your work will ensure alignment with key industry and government standards like ISO 9001 and BS 65000, while providing proactive assurance across all operational activities.
