As a Working Student in the Customer Success Management (Healthcare) position at osapiens, you will support our healthcare client projects, specifically in the area of HCDP. Your main task is to guide suppliers through the onboarding process and assist them in providing their product information to purchasing groups and hospitals. 

You will work closely with our BYRD Health Team in Cologne – a company within osapiens, specialized in managing product information in the healthcare sector. BYRD Health enables companies to meet complex data requirements and comply with standards such as EUDAMED, UDI, or COVIN. Through a combination of consulting services, optimized processes, and IT solutions, we ensure smooth and compliant data exchange.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supplier Support & Onboarding: You will be the main point of contact for our suppliers, assisting them with integrating new data onto our platform and guiding them through the entire onboarding process.
  • Data Quality & Standards: You will analyze and check supplier data for completeness and quality, ensure compliance with data standards, and optimize the data maintenance process.
  • Meetings & Process Optimization: You will plan and participate in meetings with suppliers, help them enter their product information into customer systems, and contribute to the further development of our onboarding processes.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Your Experience

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program. Your field of study is not critical – what matters most to us is your fundamental interest and willingness to learn.
  • You are very proficient in Excel and ideally have a basic technical understanding of product information, user experience and data quality.
  • With your communicative nature and confident demeanor, you find it easy to approach external suppliers and integrate yourself into the team.
  • Fluent German skills (C2 level) are required, as you will be regularly communicating with our German-speaking customers. Proficiency in English as well.
  • You bring a structured and independent working style.
  • Interest in healthcare and an affinity for IT applications, working with data systems, and platform processes are a plus
  • You are either based in Cologne or Mannheim
