Global Training Content Creator (m/f/d)
Your mission
- Develop interactive and role-specific training content that helps end users understand business models, general SAP S/4HANA concepts (e.g., Fiori), and detailed processes based on Programme One’s design in Signavio (and including SAP Best Practice content) —accelerating readiness, supporting successful transformation, and contributing to measurable adoption outcome
Your key responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging training content—including e-learning modules, simulations, in-app guidance, and quick guides—tailored to various business roles and processes.
- Cover a range of topics from high-level business models and general SAP S/4HANA concepts (e.g. Fiori) to detailed process training based on Signavio maps.
- Collaborate with SMEs, E2E Process Owners, BPOs, and the Global Training Coordinator to ensure content accuracy and role relevance.
- Use SAP Enable Now, Articulate 360, and other platforms to create multimedia content such as guided tours and interactive exercises.
- Ensure global standardisation of training materials while supporting localisation and translation for regional needs.
- Own the full lifecycle of training content—including creation, maintenance, version control, periodic review, updates based on system changes and feedback, and deprecation or archiving of outdated materials—to ensure ongoing relevance and alignment with Programme One standard
- Monitor usage analytics and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement and adoption.
- Align training efforts with change management initiatives and ensure compliance with content governance standards
Your qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Education, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, training content development, or a similar junior-level role
- Familiarity with e-learning tools, ideally SAP Enable Now; experience with Articulate 360 or similar platforms is a plus
- Basic understanding of business processes or willingness to learn about SAP S/4HANA and related systems (e.g., Fiori, Signavio)
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken) are essential
- German and/or Swedish language skills are beneficial
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, proactive and organized work style
- Teamwork, intercultural competence, and openness to feedback
- Independent creation, editing, and publication of training content
