We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will come with a book of business and assist the department need for growth by identifying prospective clients and new business development. The ideal candidate will network within industry and the community in an effort to sell new or enhanced products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the employee benefits space.
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers.
- Provide insights on market trends, compliance updates, and cost-saving strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Oversee renewals, vendor negotiations, and plan installations.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings.
- Promote and cross-sell a variety of benefits products.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-7+ years in employee benefits sales or consulting.
- Proactive and results driven professional.
- Strong Communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent Customer service.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Hold and maintain a valid Life and Health License.
