About the Role
Syringa Networks is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of multiple IT and telecommunications service delivery projects. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, with the potential to be extended or converted into a permanent leadership role based on performance and business needs.
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of 3–5 concurrent projects, partnering closely with internal teams, customer leaders and project managers, third-party suppliers, and Syringa’s executive leadership. You’ll serve as the central point of coordination and accountability, ensuring that complex engagements are delivered on time with precision, transparency, and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of IT and telecom projects from kickoff through delivery
- Serve as the primary liaison between Syringa’s internal teams, customer stakeholders, and external vendors
- Ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget execution of sold services, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to Syringa executives and customer leadership teams
- Track program milestones, dependencies, and risks, escalating critical issues as needed
- Build and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, ROI, and performance reporting to ensure visibility and accountability
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and implementing delivery best practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management in IT, telecom, or technical services
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional and cross-organizational teams
- Strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks, and risk management
- Skilled in executive-level reporting, with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar tools
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
