Grow Financial is headquartered in Tampa, FL. For remote roles, candidates must be located in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for processing total loss claims on all credit union secured collateral. Ensures that credit union recovers all available claim payments and warranty refunds minimize charge offs. Processes CPI/SMP billing and refund files on a weekly basis. 

Qualifications:

Required Skills/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of collections experience required, or two years of customer service or insurance experience in lieu of collections experience, required.
  • PC skills, working knowledge of automated collection systems and comprehension of credit reports required.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work, flexibility, the ability to maintain confidentiality, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
  • Must be able to hear and use a telephone. 
  • Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

Work Environment:

  • Remote position
  • Sedentary role.
  • Flexible work schedule that may include evenings and/or weekends (Saturday) hours.
