Job Summary:
This role is part of a team of product strategy managers that will help to guide and shape HSA Bank’s products and solutions now and into the future. The individual will develop product related strategy for both deposit and non-deposit related HSA Bank products including potential new product development. Strategy development includes monitoring the competitive landscape, evolving our existing products and services to ensure they are best-in-class for employers and consumers, researching and analyzing new products to determine if they can increase deposits and revenue, and improving and maximizing user experience across our product set.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing a 3-year strategy for specific HSAB products and services focused on increasing deposits and/or revenue. Actively monitoring the competitive landscape and making real time decisions based on market and competitive dynamics in our industry. Leading product design and execution by developing the business case for product functionality and working with analysts to execute development. Collaborating with other product strategy managers to divide and conquer on new initiatives and features. Ensure a well defined roadmap for long term success. Iterate on product features and functionality for continual improvement. Lead specific product committees as required and assigned. Interact with Growth team to better understand market dynamics and adjust in real time to ensure HSAB wins the business. Be an evangelist for our product strategy within HSA Bank and Webster and articulate it frequently.
Qualifications:
Preferred college degree
5+ years of product strategy experience preferably in healthcare benefits and/or consumer driven healthcare
10+ years of general experience in product management
10+ years of cross functional role acting independently
The estimated salary range for this position is $160,00USD to $171,400USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
