Job Description:
About the Role:
The Consumer Affairs Agent role is a customer service-oriented position based out of our Willowbrook office in Green Bay, WI that is responsible for ensuring customers and consumers receive responses to issues and inquiries in a timely manner. The goal is to build customer and consumer loyalty through accurate, timely and effective communication and resolutions.
You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Assist customers/consumers by identifying, researching, and resolving their questions
- Investigate customer/consumer complaints and other issues
- Liaise directly with plant Quality Assurance Managers to process investigative procedure
- Process retrieval kits and fulfillment items ensuring procedures and processes are followed for case management and reporting quality data
- Interpret and evaluate plant investigation findings and implement appropriate responses to customers/consumers
- Using template letters, prepare replies to communicate outcomes of quality investigations
- Assist in evaluating audit findings and communicate appropriate corrective actions
- Daily follow-up on inquiries and concerns not immediately resolved
- Assist in identifying trends to ensure proactive communication to the quality team
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance requests
- Report data from company or product integration into Consumer Affairs knowledge base
- Participate in team meetings and activities to ensure our policy, procedures and quality standards are being met
- Assist with additional tasks as requested

- This is a full-time, hybrid role on first shift.

- Ability to work independently
- Well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Emplifi a plus
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with internal teams
