Job Summary
Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to drive the execution and performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns that fuel lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role will develop and manage campaign workflows across the full funnel, partnering with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams to support product launches, demand creation, and lead nurturing initiatives.
Principal Responsibilities
• Build, launch, and manage automated marketing campaigns in systems at Cision supporting lead generation, lifecycle nurturing, and product launches.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to translate go-to-market strategies into campaign plans.
• Execute email marketing programs, landing pages, forms, and scoring models that align with campaign goals and sales follow-up needs.
• Develop formal campaign plans and timelines, ensuring all components (targeting, creative, offers, tracking) are aligned and delivered on schedule.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, influenced pipeline), recommending optimizations based on data insights.
• Ensure campaigns comply with regional privacy regulations and Cision’s data governance policies.
• Assist with A/B testing strategies and post-campaign analysis to support continuous improvement.
• Partner with Sales to align campaign efforts with follow-up processes, SLAs, and lead handoff workflows

Experience
• Typically, 5+ years with university degree or equivalent.
• Experience executing full-funnel campaigns including lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and segmentation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on campaign KPIs.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and global compliance standards.
Education/Certification
• University degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
