Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst
FLSA/Status: Salary
Reports To: CFO
Location: East End/hybrid remote
Department: Finance

Position Summary:
The Finance Manager FP&A is responsible for demonstrating knowledge and application of job duties
within scope of practice and functions under the direction of the manager(s) and/or Director(s);
respectfully interacts with all levels of staff; provides assistance, as needed, during assigned duty hours;
participates in department activities; promotes independence; adherence to the attendance policy;
encourages socialization; advocates for the quality of life of our patients while maintaining compliance
with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards; supports the company’s core values.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Budgeting:
- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, working closely with C-Suite, VPs, and Directors on budget development.
- Conduct budget vs. actual meetings with department heads to ensure financial alignment and accountability.
Leadership & Training:
- Manage FP&A staff and finance interns, providing guidance and development.
- Train and coach new C-Suite executives, VPs, Directors, and Managers on financial best practices, with a focus on new leaders.
Financial Analysis & Forecasting:
- Track and analyze financial data from locations, acquisitions, and business divisions.
- Perform historical and forward-looking financial analysis to develop accurate forecast models.
- Identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to the CFO and CEO based on sound financial analysis.
- Ad-hoc & periodic financial, operational, and management analysis and reporting, as assigned.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
- Lead financial due diligence for M&A activities, supporting the CFO and PE Sponsor from the Letter of Intent (LOI) to deal completion.
- Maintain and manage the data room for M&A activities.
- Assist the CFO and Chief Development Officer (CDO) in preparing materials for deal negotiations.
Technical & Analytical Expertise:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, financial models, and data visualization.
- Develop high-quality presentations and reports to communicate financial insights effectively.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work cross-functionally with various departments and leadership levels to drive financial performance.
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to executive management.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and build relationships across the organization.
Education, Prior Work Experience, Special Skill and Knowledge Requirements:
Strong financial acumen with experience in FP&A, budgeting, and financial modeling.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, data analysis).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis and
draw concise conclusions.
Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across multiple levels of leadership and build strong professional
relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, preferred
A college degree with relative finance or accounting experience will be considered
Healthcare experience, preferred

Finance Manager-FP&A
The employee is subject to infectious waste, potential exposure to allergens in concentrated forms,
