Job Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated and collaborative Applications Analyst to join our tight-knit Business Applications team supporting essential systems across our health system including, Workday (HR, Finance, and Supply Chain), Vocera, Real-Time Location System, Zoom, Dragon, Computrition (Food Service), Aria (Radiation Oncology), Salesforce, and more.Job Description:

Important Information About the Work Environment
This is not a fully remote role.
Candidates must reside in the state of Maine and be available to work in a hybrid schedule, which includes on-site work at our Augusta campus as needed.
Flexible scheduling options include a 4- or 5-day workweek.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day application support through our IT ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently or in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations of business applications.
- Analyze business needs, gather requirements, and design scalable, user-centered solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
- Participate in or lead integrations, reporting projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality issue resolution and project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
- Ability to think critically, troubleshoot efficiently, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- A strong team player with a customer-service mindset.
- Previous experience in healthcare IT is a plus, but not required.
