Job Summary: This vacancy will be used to fill openings at the All American Bingo facility on Fort Bragg, NC. Major Duties:
- Demonstrates and sells merchandise directly to customers when technical knowledge of the product is required. Decorates display areas; develops proposals for displaying merchandise including materials.
- Plans and conducts recurring patron activities such as bingo tournaments, and related activities. Assists patrons in the use of the facilities.
- Provides safety instruction and demonstrates use of the equipment used for the gaming environment. Circulates among patrons and receives and resolves customer complaints.
- Teaches and plans related functions (e.g. bingo games (paper, small games), computer bingo, etc).
- Verifies the bingo winners by computer input and/or review of paper cards.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: Six(6) months to two(2) years work experience with bingo gaming equipment and programs as related to the duties described above. Work experience in a customer service focused environment.
