Major Duties:
- Provides executive leadership and supervision to the entire Food and Beverage department within the Garrison.
- Evaluates the success of Food and Beverage programs based on financial results, customer satisfaction, and market desires.
- Reviews financial reports, Food and Beverage costs, develops and maintains annual operating budgets.
- Performs a full range of supervisor duties including developing, evaluating, and obtaining approval for staffing levels.
- This position requires active participation in the daily operations and direct involvement in all aspects of the service execution.
- Exercises responsibility for the direction and oversight of a complex array of food and beverage outlets, extensive catering operations, and military personnel dining services, etc.
Qualifications: **Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualifications criteria. **Progressively responsible experience, that includes supervisory or managerial experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level or equivalent position. Highly Preferred: 1. Experience in direct leadership experience managing multiple food and beverage operations simultaneously (e.g., restaurants, cafés, snack bars, catering, and institutional dining). 2. Experience leading high-volume food service operations (e.g., university dining, hospital food service, troop feeding, or centralized catering). 3. Experience setting long-term vision, strategic goals, and budget priorities for multi-outlet food and beverage operations.
