Overall purpose of the job

职位概述

护理主任应遵守养老机构的整体规划,与院长和主管医生合作,协调照护团队工作,为老人提供优质照护服务,创造高质量的照护条件。The chief nurse should comply with the overall planning of the facility, cooperate with the director and the coordinating physician, coordinate the work of the nursing team, provide good quality of care for the elderly, and create high quality of care condition.

护理主任必须严格遵守集团的职业道德规范,尊重老人的隐私和尊严 ;保证给老人安全、舒适的生活;对老人的相关信息严格保密;始终遵守现行的法律法规和公司规定。The chief nurse must comply with Group’s professional ethics and respect the resident's privacy and dignity. Ensure the safety and comfort of the resident; keep strict confidentiality for the resident’s information; always abide by the national existing laws and regulations and the company’s regulations.

Main responsibilities

主要职责

机构管理Facility management

1. 参与人力资源管理,定期完成能力评估。Participate in the human resource management, Regular completion of personnel competency evaluations.

2. 参与制定机构发展计划,明确照护人员工作计划,督促员工按照计划进行培训,激发员工参加培训的热情。Participate in build the facility development plan, Supervise the staff to carry out the training according to the plan and arouse the enthusiasm of the staff to participate in the training.

3. 参加机构团队建设, 控制机构人员流失率:例如组织日常活动、倾听员工心声、协调人际关系、及时向团队反馈相关信息(满意度、质量指标)、激发工作热情…… Participate in the team building, be responsible to the turnover in the facility: such as organize daily activities, listen to the voice of the staff, coordinate the interpersonal relationship, timely feedback to the team (satisfaction, quality indicators), stimulate the enthusiasm for work...

4. 参加机构例会,参与各项培训并协助其它部门的工作。Attend the regular meetings, participate in the training and support the other departments

职业能力的开发和质量控制Professional ability development and quality control

1. 确保新技术、新方法得到及时运用,保障照护人员最佳的工作环境和条件。Ensure that new technologies and new methods are applied in time to ensure the best working environment and conditions for nursing staff.

2. 确保机构照护质量管理和质量检查工作,落实定期机构质量指标统计及分析,完成原因分析并落实改进。Ensure quality management and quality inspection of institutional care, implement regular statistics and analysis of institutional quality indicators, complete analysis of causes and implement improvements. 3. 确保落实机构感染管理,监督高危用品的使用和流通,确保尤其是感染性医疗废物的处理。Ensure implementation of infection prevention in the institution and supervise the correct use and distribution of high-risk items, especially the treatment of infectious medical waste.

4. 确保落实机构不良事件管理,针对机构内的不良事件定期召开内部研讨会,对事件进行原因分析及整改方案追踪。Ensure the implementation of the emergency and negative event based on the SOP, hold regular internal seminars about emergence & negative events in facilities, analyse the root causes of the events and follow up on rectification plans.

5. 确保老人档案及其他可追溯性文件妥善保管。Ensure the residents’ files and other traceability documents are properly kept.

6. 协助院长和主管医生,开发周围的老年医学资源并建立起关系网络。Assist the director and the coordinating physician, develop the elderly medical resources around the facility and build the relationship network.

设备和产品的管理Management of equipment and products

1. 监督药品和医疗用品的使用,协助药师保障药房日常运营,确保药品的安全流通,尤其是麻醉药品Supervising the utilization of drugs and medical supplies, supporting the pharmacist in the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy and ensuring the safe flow of drugs, especially narcotic drugs.

2. 监督并保证服务用品的供应和补给(床单、被套、枕头、枕巾、被子、工作服、维修用品和大小便失禁用品等)。supervise and ensure the supply of service supplies(bed sheets, quilt cover, pillow, pillow towel, quilt, uniforms, maintenance supplies and incontinence supplies, etc.).

医疗照护的管理 Management of day care

1. 落实整合性照护服务模式,针对疑难案例,与医疗团队、心理咨询师和辅助医疗团队,共同制定老人的整合性照护计划。Implement the holistic care service model ,for specialized cases, work with the medical team, counsellor and paramedical team to develop a personalized care plan

2. 落实机构服务规范,制定照护人员培训计划,保证正确执行规章制度和操作规范。Implementing the service standards and developing training programmes for nursing staff ,to ensure correct implementation of rules and regulations.

Competencies required

能力要求

1. 热爱养老行业,富有责任心,自驱力强,抗压能力强,对工作充满热情,

2. 有较强的持续学习能力。 有较强的语言沟通能力及组织协调能力,管理经验丰富,具有较强的团队合作精神。

3. 熟悉运用office办公软件、照护类软件。

Qualification and experience required.

资历及经验要求

1. 全日制护理专业大学专科(三年制)以上学历。 At least 3 years' full time junior college diploma for Nurse major

2. 有效注册的护士执业证书。 Valid Nurse Certificate of Practicing and the location of practising can be changed to Keppel facility.

3. 护士专业技术资格证书中级(主管护师)以上。Nurse Professional Qualification Certificate, at least middle level.

4. 具备护师以上职称,具有丰富的一线护理工作及二甲以上医院护理管理经验,有养老机构护理主任、护士长从业经验者优先。
