Clearnox Stream Manager

As the Clearnox value stream manager, you will lead a team and oversee the performance and results of your department. More specifically, you take full ownership of the Clearnox product management & operations and will be responsible for the future of Clearnox a high-growth product part of the Finca department within TAA Europe. Your role will be critical in driving the strategic vision for our technology products and ensuring that they meet market needs and business goals

Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help deliver innovative products and a top-class experience that delight our customers.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Governance

  • Directly lead and manage product-specific teams.
  • Organize day-to-day governance to align key stakeholders and drive product results (e.g., own and host the VS management meetings).
  • Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively.
  • Liaise with shared service teams (HR, Finance, GBS, back-office, etc.) to enable optimal functioning of own teams and implement corporate initiatives.
  • Actively participate in yearly VSP and Budget discussions (e.g., bottom-up revenue predictions, cost estimations).
  • Provide regular input for Leadership meetings, monthly TAA EU meetings, and others.

Product Management

  • Define the product roadmap and ensure its delivery in close collaboration with development teams.
  • Analyze market trends and competition.
  • Define long-term vision for the product (together with the Product & Operations Director) and translate it into concrete planning.
  • Join customer or partner meetings and events to represent the product and its point-of-view.

Business Operations | Oversee and support:

  • Onboarding
  • Customer Support
  • Operations
  • Customer Success

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Ensure other Finca teams have the necessary information and instructions to actively support growth:
    • Marketing & Sales, including strategic partner management
    • Development
  • Collaborate with peers to improve collaboration between Finca products.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Define and execute an appropriate internationalization strategy (together with the International Business Development Manager


About You

  • 5 years work experience in a people management role
  • Experience in either a product management or product operations management function
  • Strategic Planning: Skills in developing and executing strategic growth plans for technology products.
  • Capable to identify and prioritize product feature improvements.
  • Skilled in allocating resources and managing budgets. 
  • You bring honesty to the table and approach challenges with optimism and a smile.
  • Show a healthy curiosity and eagerness to follow market trends in accountech, AI,… 

Languages: perfect command of French, strong command of English, Dutch is a plus

Location: Paris, Tours (hybrid) or Mechelen

Some travels are involved (once a month to Tours or to Paris, and every quarter to Belgium or France)
