 We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to join and lead our marketing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the regional influencer landscape, with a proven track record of developing and executing cutting-edge influencer strategies that significantly elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and achieve measurable business objectives. This role requires exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, own, and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify emerging platforms, influential creators, and innovative approaches within the UAE, MENA, and relevant global markets.
  • Define target audience insights to inform influencer selection and campaign messaging.
  • Create robust campaign frameworks, including objectives, KPIs, budget allocation, content guidelines, and measurement methodologies.
  • Potentially build, mentor, and manage a team of Influencer Marketing Executives or Specialists
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of all influencer campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with key influencers, talent agencies, and industry partners.
  • Lead the identification, vetting, and negotiation process with top-tier influencers, ensuring brand fit and optimal ROI.
  • Approve content briefs and ensure creative output from influencers aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for all influencer marketing activities.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for future strategies and budget allocation.
  • Manage and optimize the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing campaign effectiveness.
  • Forecast future budget needs based on strategic plans and market trends.
  • Ensure all influencer activities comply with local regulations (e.g., UAE National Media Council guidelines), platform policies, and industry best practices.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with influencer partnerships.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in influencer marketing
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that have delivered measurable business results.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the social media landscape and influencer ecosystem in the UAE and MENA region is essential. Global market understanding is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics platforms and third-party influencer measurement tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Superior negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize spending for maximum impact.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation in the digital space.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
