OpenTable is seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join OpenTable’s Growth team as a Sr. Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Growth. This role will lead high-impact initiatives, with a strong emphasis on project management and deal flow to drive partnerships with leading organizations in financial services, travel, hospitality, DMOs, and experiences. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who excels at defining strategy, managing complex projects, and driving deal execution to create transformative value for diners and restaurant partners globally.
This is a 12 month fixed-term role.
In This Role, You will:

Project Management & Execution: Lead end-to-end project management for strategic growth initiatives, including defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables; coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of partnerships and deals.

Deal Flow & Pipeline Coordination: Support the deal pipeline by managing the coordination and delivery of partnerships ensuring seamless execution of agreements through effective stakeholder alignment and resource allocation.

Strategic Analysis & Planning: Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and competitive analyses to inform growth strategies. Develop business cases, scenario plans, and pricing models to support data-driven decision-making.

Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and cultivate relationships with key external partners across industries to drive innovative collaborations that enhance OpenTable’s offerings and market reach.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across OpenTable, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Design, Legal, and Analytics, to align on objectives, streamline processes, and deliver seamless partnership execution.

Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Build and maintain robust forecasting models to project partnership outcomes and business scenarios. Definite and monitor KPI’s to measure partnership success and drive continuous improvement.

Process Optimization: Develop and implement scalable processes to improve partnership delivery efficiency, project management frameworks, and cross-team collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

8+ years of professional experience in project management, business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field

Proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes projects and coordinating partnership execution in a fast-paced environment

Strong project management expertise, with experience using tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables

Demonstrated success in driving partnerships delivery through effective coordination and stakeholder management

Exceptional analytics skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and pricing analysis, market sizing, and competitive assessments

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences, including C-level executives and external partners

Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes

Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously

Experience in the consumer technology, hospitality, or related sector is a plus

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $130,000 - 160,000.
We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including: health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave benefits. This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
