Entrata is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer to support its compliance and risk management efforts within the Legal department. This role will be instrumental in ensuring Entrata’s adherence to all applicable BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and will play a key role in developing and executing risk assessments, transaction monitoring, and investigative processes. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of CIP, KYC, and KYB compliance requirements and a strong ability to assess and mitigate financial crime risks in a fast-paced software and fintech environment.
