The Role: 

The role is to manage Search, Social and Video platform strategy, planning and activation for Etsy and Nord Anglia. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Tactical and strategic knowledge of how search, social, app and video platforms work  
  • Day-to day management, reporting and optimisation of client media 
  • In depth DR performance knowledge is necessary and prior experience of working with data and analytic teams is a must. Happy to investigate and propose commercial opportunities based on data.  
  • Build relationships with key media owners and publishers to push them towards a learning framework for clients  
  • Oversee, support and develop junior team members in line with core capabilities and client requests.  
  • Diligent and precise when preparing client performance review presentations.  
  • Organisation and communication is paramount as you will need to keep clients and account team updated on the status of all activities.  
  • Be able to manage and prioritize assigned tasks understanding the importance behind projects or asking for clarification.  
  • An absolute wizard in excel, data turns you on and you talk in numbers. 
  • Lead development of regular results analysis & reporting, recommendations and presentations 
  • Provide consistent and effective support to Account Directors

  • Effectively manage client expectations.  
  • Understand individual client needs (including and beyond specific projects) so you can help them be successful in their roles; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well.  
  • Work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility.  
  • Positively represent Mediahub at all times.

  • Solid experience in Paid Search / Social;   
  • Be an excellent communicator in all forms.  
  • Be organised and have exceptional attention to detail.  
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, both up and down 
  • Ensure that work is delivered with the highest level of quality and integrity.
