Salary Range: $75706 - $98422 Per Year

Job Summary: You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the NAVSUP of NAVSUP FLC SIG GF Capodichino, Italy.

Major Duties:

  • You will provide managers with objectively based information for making decisions on manpower, organizational structure, and similar matters.
  • You will serve as a liaison with the Manpower and Human Resource Office (HRO), independently performing a variety of technical work involved in the analysis, evaluation, development of managerial policies, practices, methods and procedures.
  • You will perform a variety of special management analysis projects that require extensive coordination with various managers/operating officials.
  • You will participate in manpower committees to develop and analyze programs, budgets, and allocation, as it relates to manpower, and reduction of manpower resources, when necessary.
  • You will provide guidance and assistance on preparation of personnel documents, provides personnel policy to staff elements and major subordinate elements prior to and after-personnel action submission.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience may include: 1) Conducting studies to determine the effectiveness of work procedures, overlap in functions, manpower utilization, and information and documentation systems; 2) Conducting management studies to analyze an organization's distribution of work assignments; 3) Developing and executing manpower studies to include personnel reductions, shifting of workloads, and use of personnel for reorganizing/realigning the organization; 4) Reviewing and analyzing the command's personnel policies, hiring practices, and disciplinary procedures to recommend changes; 5) Analyzing command missions, management objectives, and organizational goals to project personnel needs and potential problems.
