Job Summary: You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) of CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.
Major Duties:
- You will advise managers on best practices for implementing accounting internal control procedures.
- You will advise senior leaders on the allocation of financial resources for an organization.
- You will generate reports from financial management systems to present to decision makers.
- You will draft briefs of financial management policies, procedures, and issues for senior managers.
Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Implementing corrective action to audit findings; 2) Reconciling financial and accounting transactions within automated systems; 3) Developing financial reports by depicting discrepancies and corrective action; and 4) Developing budget estimates and alternative methods of funding.
