Job Description
The University of Findlay invites applications for a part-time instructor of museum studies in the Department of History, Law, and Gender Studies in the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. The department offers Bachelors of Arts degrees in History and Prelaw, with minor programs in museum studies and gender studies.
The successful candidate will teach Introduction to Museum Studies during the Fall 2025 semester. There may be opportunities to teach this course and other museum studies courses in the future. The successful candidate will have work experience in museums or archives and hold a master’s degree in museum studies, public history, or an equivalent field.
