Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Mental Health
Location: Manchester  
Pay Rate: £30 per hour

About the Role:

Liquid Personnel is seeking Adult Social Workers to join its client's Adult Mental Health team based in Manchester.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will 

  • Undertake Care Act assessments and arrange care packages, monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Support individuals with mental health needs to remain well in the community.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to assess and manage risk alongside health professionals.
  • Record casework and progress using the Paris system.
  • Use Mosaic for purchasing care packages and managing safeguarding processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
