Job Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic team member to join the Performance Excellence function, supporting HR and Recruiting. This role is responsible for analyzing complex data, surfacing trends and insights, and communicating key findings to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be skilled in program management, comfortable working across multiple systems and data sets, and able to translate numbers into actionable recommendations—while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and quality assurance through scalable practices.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze HR and recruiting data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities

Build forecasts and scenario models to support organizational strategy

Partner with internal Analytics team to create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations for non-technical audiences

Track cross-functional initiatives that span HR, Recruiting, and Corporate teams

Ensure data integrity through ongoing validation, quality checks, and Dive Deep processes.

Partner with system owners and data stewards to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance standards

Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to senior leadership

Identify and escalate emerging issues with data-driven recommendations

Raise flags and provide proactive recommendations to support decision-making
Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in HR analytics, recruiting operations, workforce planning, or a related field

Strong understanding of corporate functions and organizational dynamics

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

Strong storytelling and communication skills, particularly for executive audiences

Ability to manage cross-functional projects or programs

Understanding of quality assurance principles and experience applying quality control frameworks

Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Experience analyzing HR, recruiting, or workforce-related data
- Bilingual (English & Korean)
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in a global, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Workday, ATS platforms, or HRIS systems is a plus
