Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
- Assist with donor thank-you letters, handwritten notes, and creative stewardship touchpoints.
- Help maintain donor contact records and stewardship activity logs.
- Support planning and execution of stewardship events and campus visits.
- Assist in creating donor-facing materials and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, campus events, etc.) to enhance donor experiences.
- Perform administrative tasks such as packaging and mailing gifts, updating spreadsheets, and preparing meeting materials.
- Contribute creative ideas to help improve and personalize donor stewardship efforts.

- MS Office Suite
- Equipment and programs needed to function in the job
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate GCU’s mission and impact to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
Experience/ Education
Grand Canyon University is committed to a student first policy. Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:
- Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
- Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
- Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.

Pay rate: Minimum Wage
