About the role:
Reporting to the Superintendent, Environment, the Senior Lead, Environment is responsible for the management and integration of environmental activities and initiatives associated with development work and projects at and associated with the site, including regulatory approvals implementation. In this position, you will be leading a diverse team of environmental professionals.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong leadership and mentoring abilities, who can excel in a technical team environment. This person can effectively engage both externally and internally with peers and professionals at all levels of the organization to lead change through strategic direction. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are vital for this role.
