Responsibilities:
Serve as the strategic owner and advocate for the SP billing solution across internal and external stakeholders.
Define, prioritize, and manage a phased product roadmap in collaboration with Product, UX, Engineering, and Business Unit leadership.
Translate complex business and client needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with clinical EHRs, revenue cycle operations, and third-party vendors.
Lead discovery with clients and SMEs to validate needs, pain points, and solution concepts.
Champion user-centered design through close collaboration with UX and client feedback loops.
Support go-to-market efforts, including pricing strategies, training, and enablement materials.
Stay abreast of healthcare regulations, billing workflows, and reimbursement trends to inform strategy.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management, solution strategy, or business analysis in healthcare IT.
Deep knowledge of billing/revenue cycle management workflows, ideally within behavioral health, physical therapy, or post-acute care.
Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
Strong communicator and collaborator with executive presence and the ability to influence across teams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with engineering and UX teams.
Passion for delivering scalable, client-centric solutions that improve financial and operational outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of EHR interoperability standards, claims processing, or clearinghouse integration.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other product lifecycle tools.
