Practice Management Business ManagerJob Description
The Practice Management Business Manager is responsible for ensuring the financial health and revenue integrity of PM clinics. This role focuses on optimizing revenue cycle processes, maintaining compliance with billing and coding regulations, and improving financial performance while supporting high-quality patient care. The Business Manager also oversees facility service contracts, including cleaning, lawn care, and snow removal, to ensure clinic locations remain safe, clean, and operational.
Additionally, the Business Manager serves as the IT liaison, coordinating with the IT department to address technology needs and issues, and overseeing the SharePoint process to ensure efficient document management and workflow.
The Business Manager collaborates with providers, revenue cycle teams, and leadership to enhance revenue capture, reduce denials, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Pay: Based on experience, starting at $66,768.00
Responsibilities
Completes regular audits and assessments of billing, coding, and documentation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and payer guidelines., Demonstrates effective leadership and decision-making, aligning financial and operational goals with organizational strategy., Leads the development and maintenance of SharePoint sites to improve document management, workflow automation, and team collaboration., Monitors and analyzes financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement., Oversees management of facility service contracts, including cleaning, lawn care, and snow removal, ensuring clinic environments are safe, clean, and operational., Provides daily oversight of revenue cycle activities, including charge capture, billing, coding compliance, and denial management., Serves as the primary IT liaison, coordinating with internal IT teams to resolve technical issues, implement solutions, and support technology needs at clinic sites.Requirements
