Hybrid Customer Service Consultant on Showroom bei VELUX

VELUX is a Danish manufacturing company that specializes in roof windows, blinds and skylights.

We are looking for a Customer service specialist on Showroom to join our team based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Your responsibilities:

As a member of our customer service team, you will be supporting our customers (mainly end users but also construction companies, wholesalers, dealers) assisting them on the showroom, responding questions, solving claim and providing the best service through different communication channels (in person, by phone, e-mail, tickets, chat).

The team is working locally and dealing mainly with Bulgarian customers, there are no shifts or weekends, and the working schedule is fixed.

Your daily tasks will be:

- Providing professional customer service to various customers (in person on the showroom, by phone or e-mail, chat, tickets)
- Processing orders in SAP and preparing commercial offers
- Customer inquiries, advice on offered products and logistics matters
- Cooperation with aftersales team in registration and conduct of complaint processes
- Participation in projects to improve processes within the department
- Administration tasks which are related to customer service

Our expectations:

- Ideally around 1-2 years experience in customer service role
- Good knowledge of both English and Bulgarian language
- Very good communication skills with ability to actively listen and understand customer needs
- Ability to multitask
- Independence and good organizational skills
- Knowledge of SAP is advantage
