Job Overview
We’re looking for a Community Marketing Coordinator to lead local field marketing efforts across 120 Orangetheory Fitness studios nationwide. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing community-focused marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, member acquisition, and retention.
You’ll focus on high-impact field marketing events, B2B partnerships, and studio-level support—serving as the strategic connector between local outreach initiatives and broader franchise marketing goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven marketer with project management skills, a passion for local engagement, and ability to build and scale effective partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Field & Community Marketing Execution
- Identify, plan, and support local and regional studio marketing events that align with business goals and brand standards.
- Implement and optimize outreach tactics to drive lead generation and increase studio traffic.
- Maintain and manage a national event calendar to support seasonal, national, and local marketing opportunities.
- Studio Marketing Support & Partnership Development
- Act as a marketing resource for studio managers, offering guidance on outreach opportunities, event logistics, and local campaign execution.
- Assist studio teams in identifying and building strategic partnerships with local businesses, health providers, schools, and wellness organizations to increase brand visibility and member acquisition.
- Support studios in negotiating and managing mutually beneficial B2B relationships that enhance community presence.
- Create and distribute localized marketing toolkits, promotional templates, and creative assets to support studio outreach.
- Design and produce marketing materials and graphics (flyers, digital assets, signage, etc.) for local events and partnerships.
- Training & Communication
- Train and support studio teams on grassroots marketing best practices, local outreach strategy, and lead conversion tactics.
- Communicate regularly with studio managers and leadership to ensure alignment with national marketing priorities and campaigns.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and analyze field marketing KPIs including leads, joins, spend, cost per lead, ROI, and partnership value.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve local marketing performance.
- Campaign Amplification
- Assist in local promotion of national campaigns and events, ensuring consistent brand execution across markets.
- Highlight and amplify member success stories and community engagement through targeted local marketing and collaboration with corporate teams.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in field or community marketing, event coordination, or local outreach
- Experience in B2B partnership development and grassroots campaign execution
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and ROI
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Experience with franchise or multi-unit brands a plus
- Passion for fitness, health, and community engagement
- Willingness to travel for key events and activations
