As a Substance Use Disorder Professional-Certified (SUDPC), you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting participants through every stage of their recovery journey. This role offers a collaborative team environment, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of others. This is a part-time, hybrid, position. The schedule is Tuesday through Thursday. The location is in Bellevue, and the pay is $31.50 - $34.77 per hour.

Requirements

  • Provide individual and group treatment assessments.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and concurrent treatment plan reviews reflective of the participant's voice.
  • Ensures prompt, accurate clinical documentation
  • Able to perform clinical work in an efficient and effective manner and work to achieve THS productivity and quality standards.
  • Provides advocacy, case management, information and referral services, and wrap-around services in an outpatient setting.
  • Develop a working knowledge of drug treatment facilities and treatment modalities in King County and throughout Washington State.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Social Services/Sciences or related field from an accredited college/university
  • Current involvement as a student and/or trainee in the process of becoming a Substance Use Disorder Professional.
  • Current WA State Department of Health SUDP in good standing
  • Must have knowledge and experience in substance use treatment, family dynamics, and counseling.
  • Able to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Able to work effectively in teams and perform well under pressure.
  • Maintain a professional image within the community at all times.
  • Drug-free for a minimum of three years immediately prior to employment and no misuse of alcohol or drugs while employed as a Substance Use Disorder Professional.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer proficiency is required, including learning electronic medical records systems and effectively documenting client records.
