Our team is growing:
Position is responsible for identifying, defining, prioritizing and launching features and products to further serve customers and contractors. Position requires working cross-functionally with leaders from Engineering, Sales, and Operations to drive strategy and ensure features solve customer problems while positioning internal stakeholders for success.


As a Dividend and Fifth Third Bank team member, you will be responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

A day in the life:

  • Act as the product owner for an Agile scrum team, partnering closely with engineering to ensure delivery of new features and accountability 
  • Participate in and facilitate cross-functional discussions to identify solutions to complex business problems, then design and drive implementation of those solutions
  • Define and document product requirements for new product initiatives 
  • Partner closely with our contractor facing teams, conduct customer research and pursue customer feedback to deeply understand and address our customers' needs
  • Lead key projects from concept through planning to development, launch, and post-launch support 
  • Proactively work to remove obstacles and enable forward momentum and progress 
  • Manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities 
  • Establish and maintain cross-functional relationship and communication at all levels of the organization 

Our newest teammate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience
  • Exceptional at planning, execution, and communicating with a diverse team 
  • Extremely detail oriented, organized, and a reliable self-starter 
  • Confident in driving accountability from scrum team while managing expectations of stakeholders
  • Able to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions 
  • Problem solver with strong analytical abilities 
  • Able to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 
  • Demonstrates desire for ownership and ability to drive issues to resolution
