SALARY: USD $131,000 - $147,600, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

Our Global Logistics team is looking for a Global Warehouse WMS Manager to lead the strategic initiative to implement a Global Warehouse Management System (WMS) across multiple countries and zones.

You would lead and manage the Global Warehouse Management System (WMS) program providing leadership, strategy, best practices, research, benchmarking, innovation, support, and training for ABI warehouses within our Breweries. This is a critical role that bridges technology and operations, ideal for a results-driven leader with a passion for optimizing warehouse performance.

The role will be based at our Headquarters in Leuven, Belgium, or St Louis, Missouri, USA.  We require work authorizations in either Europe or USA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Center of Excellence for Global Warehouse Management Systems including Global and Zone subject matter experts from Operations and Solutions
  • Align project objectives with business strategy and executive leadership priorities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Solutions, Supply, Logistics, and External Vendors
  • Design system processes to ensure configurations are aligned with operational needs and internal control requirements
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines, identify potential risks and corresponding mitigation plans
  • Monitor project progress and report on milestones, risks and outcomes to key stakeholders including senior leadership in Global and Zones
  • Manage project budget, resource allocation and vendor invoices
  • Track benefits achieved by each location to monitor adherence to the budgeted savings from the business case
  • Create the 1YP and 3YP Budget request based on project timelines
  • Develop capabilities roadmap for how WMS will evolve the Warehouse Capabilities
  • Develop SOPs, toolkits, and training materials to standardize and scale the execution across all implementations

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Skills & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business, MBA a plus
  • 7+ years professional experience in supply chain operations, with knowledge of warehousing, transportation, supply production, and planning
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase technology implementations
  • Deep understanding of safety and internal control policies to ensure adherence of WMS processes to requirements
  • Strong familiarity with Business Process Optimization (Six Sigma, Lean concept) and experience mapping Business Processes
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish would be an asset
