The Opportunity
As the Senior Manager, Operations Business Analysis, you will manage the analysts' performance and the ability to meet operations metrics across multiple brands. You will also lead accurate data and insights to drive improved customer experience and value. Using the teams analytics and reports, you will make recommendations for continuous improvement regarding cost and performance. Using prescriptive analytics, you will lead the team's creation and maintenance of models based on historical data and network capacities that are used to predict supply chain outcomes and provide recommendations and scenarios to leadership. You will report to the Director of Operations Planning and work hybrid to the West Chester, PA headquarters (6x/month).

Your Impact
- Create a clear strategy to develop the team to ensure goals and development opportunities are met and performance is managed.
- Provide solutions to deviations in the supply chain network. Lead creation of automated reporting including alert monitoring, descriptive, and diagnostic reporting.
- Update existing data and discover new data to be implemented in the data warehouses. Lead the analysts and managers discovery of data issues and their QA when they are fixed.
- Create and maintain models and assist managers and senior analysts, using routines to produce forecasts and models to predict future events.
- Lead the utilization of machine learning to create predictive analytics to inform forecasts Provide answers to executives on problems using the data in the models and forecasts.
What You Bring
- 7+ years experience with operational analytics in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Bachelor's or University Degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience anticipating market trends.
- Analytical Problem Solving and Route cause analytics with cost benefit analysis.
- Experience managing analytical teams and influencing operational partners with data-driven recommendations.
- 5+ years experience with SQL, Tableau, data structure, and database design and navigating technology changes.
