
Remote Associate Product Manager bei Marigold Health

What You'll Do:
- Work closely with product, design, engineering, and clinical operations to deliver high-quality features that support both members in recovery and the peer recovery coaches who serve them.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand their workflows, identify friction points, and co-develop improvements to internal tools.
- Translate user feedback into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, write and communicate product requirements, manage tickets, and support day-to-day execution across product cycles.
- Analyze product usage data and qualitative feedback to support continuous iteration and improve user experience.
- Help maintain product documentation, workflows, and knowledge bases to ensure strong team alignment.
- Help coordinate with teams and leads across functions to share information, seek input, and provide clarity on product and project status.
You Might Be a Good Fit If:
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in product management or a related role directly involved in product development.
- You’ve written specs, managed tickets, participated in sprints, and supported QA and launch.
- You’re analytical, with experience interpreting product data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- You’re a strong communicator, especially in cross-functional teams.
- You’re comfortable using tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
- You’re proactive and organized, with strong attention to detail, and you know how to prioritize progress over perfection.
- You’re empathetic and curious, with a drive to improve real human experiences through technology.
- Bonus: you’ve worked in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries.
- Bonus: you have experience in UX or product design and are looking to transition into product management.

Compensation, Benefits & Culture:
- This role will report to Carrie, our Head of Product
- The salary range for this role is $75-88k, depending on experience

Interview Process
