We're seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual contributor with full-cycle recruiting experience and a passion for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent. You’ll play a critical role in helping us scale across all departments—Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and more—by delivering a high-touch candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.
As the first dedicated recruiter reporting directly to the Head of People, you’ll help shape recruiting best practices, contribute to workforce planning, and ensure we’re attracting top-tier talent aligned with our mission and values.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across all functions and levels, from intake through offer close
Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future openings
Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview plans, and sourcing strategies
Drive proactive sourcing efforts using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other channels
Track key recruiting metrics (e.g. time to fill, source of hire, conversion rates) to optimize funnel performance
Deliver a seamless and personalized candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process
Maintain timely and transparent communication with candidates, acting as a brand ambassador throughout
Identify areas for improvement in the recruiting lifecycle and implement scalable, efficient practices
Support the implementation and ongoing management of ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
Ensure consistent, compliant documentation and hiring processes
Work closely with HR, Finance, and department leaders on headcount planning and workforce alignment
Collaborate with Marketing to amplify our employer brand and increase pipeline reach
Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or startup environments
Demonstrated ability to hire across multiple departments and job families (technical and non-technical)
Exposure to scaling recruiting processes at early-stage startups
Strong sourcing capabilities and a proactive approach to outbound recruiting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with ATS platforms and comfort with recruiting analytics and reporting
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities
