What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content and social media strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand values.
- Oversee daily content creation and publishing across all relevant social media platforms, ensuring a strong presence and engagement wherever the target audience is active.
- Lead the production of short-form and long-form content, including video, written, and visual media, ensuring consistency in brand voice and alignment with platform best practices.
- Manage and grow online communities across various platforms, fostering discussions and engagement through high-quality content and strategic interactions.
- Spearhead content production initiatives on a regular basis, while ensuring continuous content development meets quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with external content creators, editors, and animation teams to produce compelling educational and promotional assets.
- Develop and manage influencer and affiliate marketing strategies, including outreach, relationship management, and performance tracking across diverse social ecosystems.
- Implement and optimize user-generated content (UGC) strategies, leveraging creator partnerships and community contributions across multiple platforms.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all social channels, providing insights to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including paid media, email marketing, and product marketing—to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage and prioritize social media content requests, aligning organic and paid strategies in coordination with the advertising team.
- Oversee strategic social media partnerships, including cross-brand and promotional collaborations.
- Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all social content, paid media, and email campaigns in coordination with brand and design teams.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital strategy, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with experience growing and engaging large online communities.
- Strong expertise in video content creation, social media analytics, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing and mentoring a social media team, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and brand partnership strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
