Job Description
This role is based at our New York Design Office. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will support the execution of work to advance Kohl’s purpose and priorities by driving relevance with the Kohl’s brand. You will lead tactics and campaigns that will grow brand awareness, shift perceptions and drive credibility with groundbreaking partnerships, events and activations.
What You’ll Do
Lead the execution of brand activation plans, events and partnership tactics that increase Kohl’s brand awareness, engagement and affinity
Coordinate cross-functional team efforts to bring brand moments to life across marketing, content, digital, in-store and product channels
Manage day-to-day execution of partnership campaigns, including timelines, budgets, contracts and talent approvals
Serve as a key project lead for sports marketing partnerships, ensuring timely and effective go-to-market execution
Track and analyze performance of brand activations, preparing recap reports to highlight results and identify optimization opportunities
Provide logistical and operational support to internal and external partners for seamless execution of brand programs and events
Remain up to date on industry, competitor landscape and cultural and social trends to identify and execute brand activations strategies and tactics
Support press, social content, influencer and engagement teams as needed

What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Brand Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Experiential Marketing or related field
3-5 years of experience in brand marketing strategy
Preferred
Experience working with/for agencies
