About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to own the top of funnel strategy and execution for our most critical and complex technical roles. In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional sourcing — becoming a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and clients, driving high-impact sourcing initiatives that enable speed, quality, and scale.
You’ll use data, tools, and deep market knowledge to identify, engage, and convert top-tier technical talent globally, while also contributing to sourcing excellence across the team.
