About the Role
As a Human Resources Specialist—Logistics, you will be part of a team that builds strong and trusting relationships with associates and business partners while fostering a culture of care and appreciation. You will help support associates and business partners regarding HR processes, new hire onboarding activities and compliance programs.
What You’ll Do
Be a support partner for associates by working to provide answers and establishing connections to appropriate business partners and resources
Provide feedback on HR programs, policies and processes to HR partners
Champion new associate onboarding and recruiting activities
Administer HR processes for associates and executives
Execute compliance programs with attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
Facilitate classroom orientation and training sessions
Give recommendations and insights based on analysis to HR leadership
Support implementation and adoption of HR-related initiatives across the organization
Conduct exit interviews as needed
Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
1+ years of experience in Human Resources or administrative or customer service-oriented roles
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays
Preferred
Prior experience working as part of a team
PHR or SPHR
